Job Description:• Must have strong expertise in Java, Python, Node.js• Skillset should have the following Redis , MongoDB• Knowledge on Nginx is preferred• Experience in Web Services using REST, RabbitMQ• Knowledge of AI, NLP, Client, Chat bots will be added advantage.• DevOps Skills like Terraform, Ansible Tower, Kubernetes, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Maven, Gradle would be essential.• Exposure to any of the cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/AzurelevelsTechnology requirements:• Min 7+ yrs. hands on KORE.ai, Smart Assist, IVR Technologies, Java, Java Script, Python• Good experience on Conversational AI Platform• Exposure to Gen AI and its concepts with conversational AI Products• Good experience in understanding the business Experience managing, troubleshooting and supporting Secure, Highly Available cloud platforms• Cloud Engineering• Google, AWS, Azure• pplication Maintenance• Webserver / Middleware• Rabbit MQ, Kafka, Node.JS, Nginx• Database platforms - Mongo• Cache: Redis• utomation tools: Ansible, Terraform
