ServiceNow Product Owner

Location - Philadelphia, PA

Responsibilities

Lead the creation and execution of strategy for tooling with ServiceNow.Defining roadmap and product capabilities to fill gaps and build tool adoption.Liaison between development team and stakeholders for engineering and end user enablementTranslate product features into well-defined requirements in appropriate Epic -> Feature -> User Story format.Continuous refinement and management of work across stakeholders and leadershipUnderstands technical and functional design requirements for ServiceNow with the key ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.Collects information to determine, document and agree with customer requirements for the ServiceNow platform.Provide ServiceNow platform and technical expertise.Create High Level Design and technical solutions for ServiceNow implementation.Develop ServiceNow solutions to support best practice processes to deliver clients business requirements independently.Creates workflow and web prototypes for client engagements.Develop integration components, while being well versed with integrations with hands on experience in designing and configuring Mid server, web services, email and similar integration technology with ServiceNow.Proficient in ServiceNow Configuration and customization (Workflow, UI, client scripts, business rules, etc.)Administer and troubleshoot issues with ServiceNow instances.Required Skills

5+ years' experience in Product Ownership/Project ManagementExperience with Project Management Platforms (e.g., Jira, Rally)Experience with Agile / SCRUM development methodologiesYou have strong experience with the ServiceNow modules and capabilities including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, DevOps, APM and Integration HUB Experience with development teams and project requirements.You have a background working within the ITIL and IT Service Management discipline.You have demonstrated experience designing and re-engineering processes to meet organizational goals, improve efficiency and reduce risk.You are able to present and influence all levels of management and executive leadership.You have demonstrated commitment to continual learning of ServiceNow best practices and standards including actively participating in the ServiceNow community forums.Strong problem solving and analytical skills.Good personal communication skills are vital.Preferred Skills

Bachelor's degree preferred.Experience with Product Ownership/Project ManagementExperience working in an Agile software development team.Ability to work independently where needed, and ability to take direction where needed.
