The Recycle Roll-Off Truck Driver is responsible for operating a roll-off truck to service customers by picking up and transporting recyclable materials from Tesla to designated facilities. This role requires adherence to safety protocols, efficient route management, and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
Safely operate roll-off trucks to service various customer locationsUtilize hydraulic lifting and unloading mechanisms to load and unload recyclable materialsFollow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely pickups and deliveriesPerform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and equipmentEnsure loads are secured properly to prevent accidents and spillsMaintain accurate logs of routes, pickups, and drop-offsHandle recyclable materials in a manner that complies with environmental regulationsRequirements
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements / Hazmat is a plusAbility to lift and move heavy objectsStamina to work long hours, including early mornings and late eveningsComfortable working in various weather conditionsUnderstanding of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and complianceAdherence to safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Compensation and BenefitsBenefits

$27.45 - $52.50/hour, depending on level + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
