It's about each person bringing skills and passion to a challenging and constantly changing world.Overview:This position is responsible for operating necessary equipment to store, supply, and move materials for manufacturing processes as required.Responsibilities:Ensures production processes are supplied with materials as instructedPerform written safety checks on material handling equipmentPerforms weigh counts for materials and stores them as necessaryRemoves trash from manufacturing areasAssists in manufacturing processes and changeovers as requestedOperates material movement equipment as needed in a safe and efficient manner to prevent injury to self, others and other equipmentMaintains a clean work area, consolidates containers of like parts and moves empty containers to designated storage areasEnters production on make items, generates move or scrap transactions as needed to ensure inventory accuracy, and keeps proper identification with material in the departmentVerifies and maintains product identification and countMoves properly marked material to non-conforming hold area as instructed by supervision and performs necessary transactionsSupports departmental goals and objectives for safety, quality, production and equipment maintenanceSupports receiving by verifying conformance to invoices and stocking all received components on the appropriate shelf locationResponsible for accurate weighing and documenting of scrapped materials for inventory accuracy, communicates issues or concerns with supervisor and/or production leadPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications/Skills:

Ability to complete a Powered Industrial Truck training offered by the organizationAbility to read and follow written and verbal instructions, and apply to work standardsListens and obtains clarification, responds well to questionsAbility to communicate in verbal and written EnglishAbility to work days, M - Fr, 6am to 4:30pmEducation & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent. Significant experience and skills in the field may be considered in lieu of diploma or equivalent.Minimum 1-year experience operating motorized material handling equipment, preferredPowered Industrial Truck Experience preferredRequires standing, walking, sitting, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, grasping, and feelingRequires eye/hand/foot coordinationRequires the ability to lift up to 40 poundsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functionsTravel:
