Position Overview:
The Desktop Support Analyst I will provide day-to-day IT support for the organization, assisting with troubleshooting, managing hardware and software configurations, and ensuring security and compliance standards are met. This role will include both remote and on-site support to end-users, resolving basic technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide Tier I/II technical support for end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.Configure, set up, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, and peripheral devices.Assist in network connectivity troubleshooting (wired and wireless).Handle user account setups, password resets, and ensure system security compliance.Perform basic system updates, upgrades, and create service tickets in the help desk system.Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and technical solutions.Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.Required Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent.0-1 year of IT support experience; healthcare experience is a plus.A+ Certification (recommended).Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 (Intune/Azure).Familiarity with Cisco Meraki switches and firewalls is an advantage.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Benefits :
