Business Systems Analyst - Level III (SAP SD and RAR experience)

Responsibilities:All selected responsibilities associated with Business Systems Analyst - Level IILead multiple projects and trains and/or mentors other team members, peers and clients as appropriateInvestigate complex strategic business issues, researching and identifying inventive solutionsCollaborate with executive stakeholders to elicit their business concerns and develop workable solutionsDesign BI dashboards, scorecards, charts/graphs, drill-downs, and dynamic reports to meet new information needsLead the creation of a catalog of Key Performance Indicators and the documentation of their supporting business requirements, data models, calculation rules, and metadataServe as a resource for human performance architects as they evaluate training and performance support needs and design training and performance support productsInform technical architect and project manager of any issues that may affect other areas of the projectComplete all appropriate documentation required by developers, QA analysts, deployment team, and operation support team that will maintain the ApplicationEnsure security requirements built into final solution designQualifications:BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems Management, Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience5+ years of work experience with progressively increasing responsibilityAdvanced knowledge of technologies relevant to the engagementAdvanced knowledge of SDLC methodology and UMLAdvanced proficiency in analytical, project planning, negotiating, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and oral)Ability to Perform cost-benefit analysis, trending, forecasting, and financial analysisAdvanced proficiency using various Microsoft Office desktop products
