Titan Technologies, LLC is seeking a Junior ScrumMaster with experience working in a Federal Government, preferably DoD/IC, contracting environment. The Jr. Scrum Master will plan, support and or coordinate activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming.

The Jr. Scrum Master will be actively working on one of our product delivery teams and helping the team through the agile lifecycle, and support shepherding the process. The Jr. Scrum Master will be well versed in the use of JIRA to support, and track work assignment and will have experience running reports the document work results. The Jr. Scrum Master will work with a team of Senior Scrum Masters who are coordinated by an Agile Lead. The JR. Scrum Master will work closely with Scrum Master Leads and internal partners and stakeholders to help remove roadblocks, reporting on team performance, organizing product backlogs, and work closely with Scrum Master Leads who are acting as a player/coach. The Jr. Scrum Master will understand business needs and work closely with the product owner and Scrum Master Leads to ensure the team can implement software solutions effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities

Support the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices, including Sprint Planning meetings and development Sprint Summary reports.

Assist the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.

Support the scrum and development teams in self-organization.

Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments.

Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework.

Resolve conflicts and issues that occur.

Support the product owner and provide education where needed.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of prior experience on a scrum team.

Must have experience using JIRA, including creation of Sprint Planning and Sprint Summary reports.

Ability to analyze and think quickly and to support resolve conflict.

Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum.

Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not.

Experience with successful Agile techniques.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required.

Desired Qualification:

Certified Scrum Master and SAFe certification

Be willing to get SAFe after 6 months of employment

Experience working on DoD, or Intelligence programs is highly desirable.

Clearance: (Preferable)

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Active or recent Top Secret clearance.

Location:

80% remote (home) location using secure VPN. Up to 20% at secure locations in Reston, VA or Herndon VA
