How you can contribute to the team:
Analyze data and system processes to ensure they align with business functions and promote optimization opportunitiesProvide timely support and troubleshooting for critical process issues. After hours/weekend support occasionally required.Participates in and/or leads teams on IT effortsProvides project estimates/scopes on system enhancements/developmentMaintains existing core system functions to support new features, correct program issues, or enhance logicLearns new technologies to support the core system functions/ new developmentDocument system changes, testing, and implementation strategiesPerforms assigned duties according to agreed upon schedulesProvides communication to IT Management on related projects/tasksWhat you need to be successful:
Prefer a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with a minimum of five years of experience.Formal education may be substituted with experience and training when competency in the position is demonstrated.Strong personal motivation and enthusiasm, interest in and commitment to making a difference in the organization.Detail-oriented, self-motivated, dependable and analytical. The ability to think critically and solve multifaceted problems.Able to communicate (written & verbal) to and influence a variety of stakeholders across multiple business areas.Excellent knowledge of system best practices and software development conceptsExperience with leading development projects or prior project management experience.Ability to learn business functions and identify areas for process and/or system improvementAbility to adapt to changing technologiesExperience with Business Intelligence reporting tools/conceptsExperience with data analysisAbility to travelReasonable accommodations may be made to those who are able to perform the essential duties of the job.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This work is performed in an office setting with minimal to moderate noise due to computers, printers, and people.
