Candidates must be local to the Dallas market, and willing/able to work onsite.
Candidates must also be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Job Scope:
Support the overall enterprise network infrastructure - Install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot network-related physical / virtual hardware and software
Provide enterprise production support to end users globally, to include the flexibility or supporting off-hours needs to ensure uptime of critical systems to ensure business continuity
Evaluate, design, and implement new networking configurations/devices across the organization
Troubleshoot network issues to include service provider, routing/switching, data center performance, packet loss, latency, hardware failure issues, system connectivity issues, etc.
Manage, maintain, support, design, and monitor the network infrastructure and systems, including LAN/WAN, Routers / Switches, Firewalls, VPN, Wireless Systems (WAP / Wi-Fi, etc.), and Virtual / Cloud-based Networking Configurations
Assist with and lead network disaster recovery initiatives
Upgrade and patch network devices hardware and software
Resolve network technical risks and proactively identify network related issues
Evaluate and implement break/fix solutions to improve the overall network performance and stability
Maintain, update, and create new system process documentation
Work with and maintain strong relationships with outside IT service providers
Developer network/network security related policies and procedures
Interface with cybersecurity team to implement hardware/software configurations to protect the organization against risk and threats
Must-Have Skills Requirements:
At least 7+ years of experience functioning as a Network Engineer within enterprise-level environments
5+ years’ experience supporting Cisco / Meraki / Azure / Cloud Tenant Connectivity
5+ years’ experience supporting Cisco Meraki – MX Appliances (vMX) / Firewalls / Wi-Fi Access Points / WAP / SD-WAN / Routers/Switches
5+ years’ experience supporting Cloud Tenant Connectivity – networking ACLs, VNet gateways, and security and network isolation within Azure
At least 3+ years’ experience and proficiency with scripting Languages – PowerShell, Python, or Shell Scripting, etc.
