Each module to include an end user assessment and pre and post training.This role will assure SOPs and other process content documents are created, routed, reviewed, assessed for training and denial impact and ensures compliance with Cooper University Health Care quality standards are current regulatory requirements.The training and Document Management Specialist will be responsible for enhancing the individual and collective skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work produced.Experience Required:2-3 years' experience in an EPIC Hospital & Physician Revenue Cycle. Experience in Instructional Design required.Strong analytics required to identify trends where training and efficiencies are within the workflows that have multiple touches. Must be able to translate billing needs to the Epic Analyst to implement identified opportunities for workflow build enhancements.
Must have experience in coaching, and feedback and have strong relationship building skills.Must be able to create, develop and deliver revenue process training to an adult audience.
Strong written and verbal communications required to communicate with all levels of the organization.Must be able to interpret payor policies, procedures, and billing outcomes to identify negative revenue impacting trends and make recommendation for improvements.
