Job Description
The Business Applications Intern will be a full-time (40 hours/week) opportunity for 12 weeks from May to August. This position will gain professional experience by working with the Business Applications team on a defined project or set of projects. Applications in scope could include Oracle HCM Cloud, Salesforce, Microsoft 365 tools, Oracle E-Business Suite. The tasks assigned will be at a level consistent with assignments given to starting four-year college graduates. The focus will be on assisting the team on critical milestones within the projects assigned. The internship will conclude with a presentation on the project and summer experience to the LCS & IT leadership team. In addition, the intern will obtain an overall understanding and exposure to other IT teams and jobs at LCS.
As part of the internship program, students will gain additional skills to prepare them for entering the job market, including interviewing, presentations, and exposure to a variety of leaders to further enhance their experience.

The Role:Develop business case for assignment. Clearly stating the business value, resources needed and key milestones for projectWork closely with manager on weekly updates against key milestonesDevelop rollout plan with IT and business usersReconcile the success of the project against original business caseKnowledge & Skills:
Work closely with assigned IT lead and team members on assigned tasks/deadlinesMaintain/Update documentation as appropriateExperience:
Minimum of 2 years completed towards bachelor's degree in MIS or related field
