Summary:

Vaco is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a respected organization that is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer. This is a Direct-Hire Position. The organization is a leader in its industry, providing vital services to support both personal and professional growth. This role is based in the Greater Boston area and offers a hybrid work environment.

Compensation:

135k-140k base+401k match, solid healthcare benefits, 3-weeks’ vacation, 11 paid holidays.

Location:

Hybrid (2-3 days per week onsite in Greater Boston Area), local candidates will be considered, company is unable to provide relocation assistance.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of modern web applications using a Microservices-based, event-driven architecture.

Utilize cloud technologies and DevOps practices to create scalable, efficient, and secure software solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products from concept to production.

Take ownership of the full-stack development process, ensuring seamless integration of both front-end and back-end components.

Qualifications:

Over 6 years of development experience within the Microsoft technology ecosystem. Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is required.

Proficiency in back-end development using .NET Core/.NET, C#, SQL Server, and REST/GraphQL APIs.

Expertise in front-end technologies, including Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, SCSS/CSS, and associated frameworks like NgRx and RxJS.

A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.

Familiarity with modern front-end development practices, including code quality tools and micro-frontend architectures.

Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and tools like Azure DevOps, Service Bus, and Data Factory.

Knowledge of containerization and microservices, along with experience in event-driven architecture.

Strong skills in maintaining and improving existing codebases, focusing on performance and scalability.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Additional Details:

This is a hybrid role requiring some onsite work at the organization’s office in the Greater Boston area.
