We are seeking an experienced and SHRM-certified HR Generalist to join our HR team and play a key role in managing and administering critical HR functions and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:Help conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances, providing mediation and support as needed.Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.Serve as the administrator for key HR functions including health and safety, benefits, training, employee engagement, payroll updates, and employee records.Oversee health and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a safe working environment.Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to enhance job satisfaction, retention, and overall morale.Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.Ensure all HR records, including employee files and benefits documentation, are maintained accurately and securely to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) required.3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with a broad understanding of HR functions.Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance requirements.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
