Minimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required. Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time role in North Branch, MN. This position offers an exciting opportunity to support students' developmental and functional needs within a school setting for the entire academic year. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans for students with various needs, including fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills. Conduct assessments to identify students needs and create effective, individualized intervention strategies. Provide direct therapy services to students, monitor their progress, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure their success. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities and support students overall educational and developmental growth. Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, student progress, and communications with stakeholders. Participate in school meetings and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in occupational therapy. Qualifications: Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field. Valid OT license or certification in Minnesota. Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with students, families, and school staff. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing documentation and tracking student progress. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
