Full-Time Occupational Therapist Opening at School District Near Hemet, CA Soliant is currently recruiting for a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a reputable school district near Hemet, CA. This position entails working with a K-12th grade caseload, approximately 60 students, and requires onsite presence. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' individual needs and develop appropriate treatment plans. Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings, focusing on improving fine motor skills, sensory integration, and activities of daily living. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and ensure student progress. Utilize assistive technology and adaptive equipment to enhance students' participation and independence within the school environment. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant records in compliance with state and federal regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Valid California license or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. Previous experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
