Details: Location: Near Mesa, Arizona Position Type: FullTime Caseload: 60 to 70 cases per year Pay range: Starting at$38/ hr based on experience Type : In person Job Summary: Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist.The School Psychologist will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive psychological services to students in aschool setting. If you are passionate about supporting the social, emotional, and academic well-being of students and have a strong background in school psychology, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive abilities, academic skills, social-emotional functioning, and behavioral concerns. Interpret assessment results and collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies. Provide counseling and mental health services to students, including individual and group therapy sessions, crisis intervention, and behavior management support. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEP meetings, to discuss student progress, develop intervention plans, and make educational recommendations. Provide consultation and support to teachers, administrators, and other school staff on issues related to student behavior, learning, and social-emotional development. Qualifications: Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field. Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist from the State. Requirements: Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools, techniques, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, educators, and other stakeholders. Ability to provide counseling and mental health services to students with diverse needs and backgrounds. Commitment to ethical and professional conduct, including adherence to the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) Professional Standards and Practices.
