Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of OR experience, with at least four months of intra-operative orientation and on-the-job training.License: Active Illinois RN license required.Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association) and ACLS (AHA) certifications.Skills: Demonstrated critical care knowledge, interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide age-appropriate patient care.
Additional Information:Weekend blocked shifts are required (Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon).Call-off policy: Equivalent of 12 hours every 13 weeks without penalty.Accepts local candidates (within a 50-mile radius).Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week
