Job Responsibilities: Serve as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), offering diagnostic and therapeutic services to individuals encountering communication disorders, speech impediments, and swallowing challenges. Employ evidence-based practices and personalized therapy plans to assess, diagnose, and treat students. Collaborate closely with students, families, and fellow healthcare professionals to tackle speech, language, and swallowing obstacles, guiding students towards their communication objectives. Qualifications: Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Possess a valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Preferably, hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP). Demonstrate experience working with diverse disabilities and age groups. Exhibit a robust understanding of speech, language, and swallowing disorders, along with relevant assessment and treatment methodologies.
