Responsibilities: Collaborate with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to implement speech and language therapy programs for students. Work with individuals or small groups to address communication goals. Provide support in the assessment and documentation of students' progress. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a holistic and effective support system. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans. Qualifications: Valid NCSpeech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license. Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field. Experience working with school-aged children is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
