Seeking a Program Integrator with a Secret Clearance to support KDS and our government customer in Huntsville, AL. Requires a detail-oriented and experienced professional to provide support to Plans, Programs, Resources & Procurement at Army PEO Aviation Headquarters in the form of:Develop, screen, and provide products to support taskersCoordinate with E&A leadership daily regarding office priorities to meet strategic goals and objectivesBrief E&A leadership and office on a weekly basis on the status of all work products and deliverables assignedAnalyze management information requirements to develop program or administrative reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodologyDevelop new or modified administrative program policies, regulations, goals or objectivesIdentify data required for use in the management and direction of activitiesDevelop management and/or program evaluation plans, procedures and methodologyIdentify resources required to support varied levels of program operationsAnalyze and evaluate prosed changes in mission, operating procedures and delegations of authorityDevelop and consolidate functional area information briefs and provide for leadership consumptionDesired Skillsets:
Demonstrated expert experience in Microsoft Office tools, Power Point, Excel, Project, Word, Teams and SharePointExperience working on Army Acquisition development programs, preference for AviationKnowledge of contract requirements and documents such as Statements of Work and Integrated Master SchedulesUnderstanding of the Army acquisition, budget and Government contracting principles and practicesAbility to manage complex projectsAbility to work effectively with othersAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to quickly learn and implement AGILE skills and toolsets such as JIRAStrong oral and written communication skillsSpecific Tasks:
Assist in updating CRP documents and oversee contract modificationsWork with functional leads to ensure efforts are coordinated and aligned to E&A strategic goals and objectivesAssist in developing and reviewing processesAssist in planning and coordinating calendars to support E&A input to PM milestonesTravel:
May require travel up to 5%.Secret Clearance is Required
Working Environment & ConditionsThis job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.
The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
