Role Overview

This role is part of GTM (Go-to-Market) Operations team and reports into the lead technician with accountability to the director of GTM operations. Mytra's is looking for foundational members to lead system deployments and beyond while helping establish processes to scale fast and ensure quality for our customers. Our team's mission is to own system deployments for Mytra customers and create enthusiastic users of our systems. The GTM Operations team is the connective tissue between internal Mytra functions and the end user. We make sure the product is correctly commissioned at our customer sites and the end users not only know how to use the system, but are using it in the best possible way to reap the most benefit for their organization.

Things you'll do

Assemble and test robots and structures.Contribute to electrical connector and wiring design; implement and assemble prototype harness assemblies. Electrical troubleshooting.Support development and iteration of standard operating procedures for our systems.Design and implement data collection & post processing.Support R&D with custom test configurations, feasibility of advanced projects.Maximize testing efficiency to meet short validation timelines.Track record of using mechanical rigging and electrical assembly hand tools to perform basic shop operationsQualifications

Experience working on electro-mechanical hardware, ideally in prototype/fast iterative stagesExperience with fabrication tools and equipmentExperience with a variety of electrical connectors and wiring approachesExperience with industrial controls and networking systemsExperience with industrial UL electrical standardsExperience with hands-on electrical panel-building and/or industrial robotics assembly is preferredAbility to operate a forklift is preferredExperience using shop milling equipment such as lathes, CNCs, drill presses, brakes, is preferredAbility to implement quick/ quality solutions to unexpected problems in the field through rapid prototyping/ fixes of brackets, mounts, and electrical componentsAbility to read electrical and mechanical drawings, interpret metric/imperial tolerances and measure parts for conformityAbility to translate learnings from early prototyping into organized documentation that could be used for manufacturing instructions, build quality checklists, and successful system commissioning checklistsComfortable to work in an industrial environment, get your hands greasy, and work on heavy equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks etc.You are excited about working on a growing team, building together, and shape the future of the companyOpenness, inquisitiveness, and constant ambition are important values as you'll have an opportunity to learn from our current team of senior technicians and engineersLocation

San Francisco Bay Area preferred. High travel required (initially to N CA then to other states). Percentage of travel will vary throughout the year and correspond to key phases in deployment and maintenance support at HQ or at customer sites across the US.

The pay range for this role is:

100,000 - 130,000 USD per year (Mytra)
