Chapman BMW on Camelback is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with an impeccable reputation to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you will inspire, challenge, and motivate our Client Advisors, helping them grow their business and coach them on innovative sales tactics. Ideal candidates will be influential, achievement-driven, and committed to customer service excellence. This position reports to the General Sales Manager and General Manager.

Core Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and training to the sales team, supporting their growth and development.
Oversee the sales process and assist staff with customers as needed.
Work with sales staff to set and achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
Assist in closing deals.
Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt assistance.
Establish rapport with customers to build a network and generate future business.
Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Participate in the interviewing, hiring, and training of new sales personnel.
Stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local regulations.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of sales or finance management experience at a brand-specific dealership.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others, manage conflict, and exercise sound judgment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team player who can adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
Intrinsically motivated with a proven track record of achieving goals.
Strong ability to overcome objections and close deals.
Contribute to an innovative, team-oriented culture.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
