Talent Manager , you’ll play a key role in driving influencer marketing efforts and overseeing broader brand partnerships. Working closely with the Head of Talent, you’ll be responsible for identifying influencers, negotiating contracts, coordinating content, and managing partnerships across platforms like Amazon and direct-to-consumer. You'll also be responsible for reporting on campaign performance, analyzing data to optimize strategies, and helping integrate user-generated content (UGC) to boost brand engagement and authenticity.Compensation range - $90k - $110k.We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of management experience who can think strategically and look after a team, but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get hands-on with execution. You'll also be involved in managing reporting processes, ensuring that data-driven insights are used to refine our influencer strategies and partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Head of Talent to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies.Source, vet, and negotiate with influencers across platforms, including Amazon and social media.Coordinate partnerships, ensuring content aligns with campaign goals and brand guidelines.Assist in creative strategy and provide briefs to influencers, ensuring a clear understanding of objectives.Monitor influencer campaigns and track performance, preparing regular reports with actionable insights.Identify and integrate user-generated content into campaigns to enhance brand authenticity.Stay up-to-date with influencer marketing trends and best practices, and apply them to our campaigns.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of influencer content into broader marketing initiatives.About You:3+ years of management experience, particularly in influencer marketing and partnerships.Proven experience in building and maintaining influencer and partnership relationships.Strong analytical skills for reporting and optimizing influencer performance.Comfortable getting hands-on and managing day-to-day campaign operations.Familiarity with collaboration tools (Slack, ASANA, Hubspot) and influencer platforms (Upfluence, Amazon Seller Center, Shopify, GRIN, etc.).Experience with social media management and content strategy.A self-starter with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.At JSHealth, we're building a culture where passionate people can thrive in purposeful, meaningful work.
