Interested?Here's what you'd do:This is an entry-level role that will provide training and the opportunity to work for a global company with a highly regulated work environment.A Production Support Operator is responsible for ensuring the production team has all the materials, supplies, tools, and resources needed to complete packaging orders.This role will be involved in manufacturing medical diagnostic test kits.The position needs the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, lab coats, and safety shoes.The client will be provided with PPE.Operate fill production manufacturing equipment.Inspect and package the finished product.Verify raw materials to ensure batches manufactured contain correct components and quantities.Assist and partner with support personnel to troubleshoot manufacturing-related issues.Follow production area procedures and area guidelines as written.Comply with quality systems and regulatory agencies FDA, ISO, and OSHA.Follow all area safety rules and procedures.Here's what you'll get:Pay:

Required Skills / Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.Minimum of 2 years experience in Fill/Pack Finished Production Areas.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Experiences with FDA FDA-regulated facilities, Production/Manufacturing environments, Manufacturing equipment operation, Good Documentation Practices, Good manufacturing practices, and PC Skills (MS Office Software, Outlook, Word, Documentum).Ability to use a pallet jack.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail.Problem-solving and troubleshooting.To learn new processes/functions.Interpersonal Skills.Good communicator.Team player.Additional Information:Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.Individuals will need to use a perch stool or stand in a fixed position for long periods of time.The position requires lifting materials up to 50 lbs.Based on business needs, individuals are needed to work overtime or be asked to modify their work hours.In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
