Account Manager
to join their team. This role is key to maintaining and expanding relationships with customers while driving sales growth in the designer, architect, and builder segments.
What You'll Get to Do:
Build strong, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accountsLead customer account planning, ensuring performance objectives and expectations are metMeet and exceed sales quotas for strategic accounts, with a focus on increasing profitabilityProactively assess customer needs and develop tailored sales strategiesDrive CR brand penetration by engaging Designers, Architects, and Builders with strategic plansCollaborate with internal teams, including customer service and support, to exceed client expectationsDevelop and implement sales action plans, targeting high-growth potential accountsOrganize weekly sales calls, and maintain monthly touchpoints with key accountsPromote product knowledge (PKs) and represent CR at branch events to grow market presenceReport sales and display program updates to the Director of SalesWhat You Need to Succeed:
Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years of experience in sales and marketingExperience in the building materials industry is preferredStrong organizational and strategic planning skills, with a hunter mentalityAbility to understand competitor landscapes and develop winning strategiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with a competitive drive to succeedWillingness to travel up to 50% regionallyWhat's in it for You:
