*Description:*We are seeking a Systems Support Analyst to join our IT Manufacturing Support Team for a Fortune 100 client. This role is based at the client's manufacturing plant and involves being the lead IT support point of contact for application support activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise-level systems support, software troubleshooting, and customer service.*Key Responsibilities:*
* Serve as the primary IT support contact for application support activities.* Handle Desktop Support tickets and collaborate with the corporate Desktop Team for escalations.* Provide on-call support as needed, ensuring continuous production for healthcare-critical products.* Utilize ServiceNow for ticket management and coordinate with on-shore, off-shore, and vendor escalation support.* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, hardware, printers, and other software.* Work comfortably in a GxP/GMP (manufacturing) environment.*Required Qualifications:*
* Strong experience in an enterprise-level Systems Support role.* Proficiency in software troubleshooting and understanding of Windows OS, hardware, and printer troubleshooting.* Experience with a ticketing system, ideally ServiceNow.* Strong customer service skills.* Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or relevant experience.* Ability to lift 50+ lbs.*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Experience in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.* Excellent communication and organizational skills.*Additional Information:*
