*Description:*We are seeking a skilled PC Technician for a role in Waukesha, WI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and desktop support, with a focus on imaging laptops and workstations. This role is crucial to our expansion efforts, as we are onboarding a high volume of new hires and rolling out new laptops. The PC Technician will also provide traditional desktop support to end users on-site and handle escalations from the helpdesk.Key Responsibilities:

* *Imaging Laptops and Workstations:* Utilize PXE/SCCM for imaging new laptops and workstations for new hires.* *Desktop Support:* Provide on-site desktop support to end users, addressing hardware and software issues.* *Troubleshooting:* Perform Windows troubleshooting to resolve technical issues efficiently.* *Helpdesk Escalations:* Handle escalations from the helpdesk, ensuring timely resolution of complex issues.* *Remote Troubleshooting:* Assist users with remote troubleshooting to resolve technical problems.* *Printer Support:* Provide support for printer-related issues, including setup and maintenance.* *Hardware Support:* Diagnose and repair hardware issues for laptops, desktops, and peripherals.* *Ticketing System:* Utilize a ticketing system to track and manage support requests and resolutions.Top Skills & Qualifications:

* *IT Support / Desktop Support Experience:* Minimum of 2+ years of experience in IT support or desktop support roles.* *Imaging Experience:* Proficiency in imaging laptops and workstations; experience with PXE/SCCM is a bonus.* *Windows Troubleshooting:* At least 2+ years of experience in Windows troubleshooting.* *Remote Troubleshooting:* Experience in providing remote support to users.* *Printer Support:* Knowledge of printer setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.* *Hardware Support:* Ability to diagnose and repair hardware issues.* *Ticketing System Experience:* Familiarity with using ticketing systems to manage support requests.Additional Skills & Qualifications:
