Our system of care includes a truly integrated team with the most talented, experienced, and compassionate caregivers and physicians, backed by the latest cutting-edge technology.Job SummaryThe Business System Analyst will participate in the design, development and on-going production support of Cardiovascular information systems which integrates throughout the hospital enterprise to provide business solutions to customers, and will improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the department’s service delivery. Qualifications Education:Bachelor's Degree in Allied Health/Computer Science/Analytics or related field or equivalent experience (3-5 years)

Work experience may substitute for minimum education requirement

Experience

Experience with training and staff/user developmentKnowledge of Microsoft Office productsExperience with supporting workflow integration

Ability to travel and on call responsibilities as requiredDemonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent prioritiesAbility to independently plan, organize, develop prioritize and execute decisionsStrong verbal and written communication skillsPresents as detail oriented with strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem solving.Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation required
