SAP S/4HANA Finance Functional Lead

- Job Title: SAP S / 4HANA Finance Functional Lead- Location: The Woodlands, TX- Contract position with hybrid work schedule, in-office on Mondays and Wednesdays- Requires at least 15 years of experience in SAP FICO configuration and knowledge of SAP ECC and S / 4HANA- Deep understanding of FICO module and Manufacturing accounting processes- Preferably has a strong background in Accounting- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Exceptional customer service skills- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, able to lead large complex projects- Ability to write functional specifications for system changes and enhancements- Must understand Finance functional processes like General Ledger, AP, AR, Cash management, Asset Accounting, BPC etc.- Must have experience in 2 End to End S / 4Hana implementation in FI / CO module- Should be able to build solutions for complex business requirements in line with SAP Best practices- Working knowledge of interfaces IDOCS, EDI, Web / Rest Services etc., with SAP and Non SAP systems- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, ability to handle cross-functional knowledge to guide the team- Experience in preparing test plans, execution with cross-functional modules including remediated object due to S / 4Hana mandatory changes- Experience in designing and implementing interfaces with external systems- Experience with Selective Data Migration and tools like LTMC tool / LSMW / Ecatt / BDC.
