JOB SUMMARY:We are seeking an experienced Support Engineer to manage and resolve challenging issues for Client partners and customers. The role involves being a Subject Matter Expert in technical support, diagnosing issues using the ServiceNow platform, and mentoring team members while maintaining a strong customer service ethos. You will harness your ability to troubleshoot technical issues, develop solutions to technical challenges, and maintain a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction in a collaborative, customer-facing environment that offers opportunities for career progression.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for Client partners and customers.Develop expertise and mentor team members within the technical support department.Debug JavaScript code and find innovative solutions to custom code challenges.Use the ServiceNow platform to manage and resolve customer cases effectively.Collaborate across teams to enhance customer support processes and outcomes.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Expertise in JavaScript and a deep understanding of Java.Experience with relational databases, preferably MySQL.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills in a technical support context.Industry Experience:
Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL frameworks is highly desirable for this role.Additional Notes:
