Submission Requirements:• No candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will be considered - please include a copy in submission• Minimum 24 months of Cath Lab experience - REQUIRED• Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon submission - MUST BE INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED• No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
