Submission Requirements:• No candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will be considered - please include a copy in submission• Minimum 24 months of Cath Lab experience - REQUIRED• Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon submission -• No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED• Banner will not approve RTO within the first two weeks or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.• Cerner EMR, Phillips imaging, and Phillips Xper-hermodynamics equipment experience - PreferredCath Lab with EP experience - P referred• Travel experience - PreferredNURSE's Etc.
