Bentonville, AR (On-site)Art and Wellness Enterprises (AWE) is seeking a skilled, highly motivated, and entrepreneurial individual to join the team as Talent Acquisition Partner. This role will collaborate with various stakeholders across the ecosystem including hiring managers, search committees, and human resources. The role requires a proactive and agile approach to keep up with the rapid pace of the business and ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates.About the PositionAs the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs at AWE and across other entities within our ecosystem.What you will doResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting and selection process for positions within assigned functional area.Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and perform in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.Plan and execute the interview process by communicating expectations, feedback, and status information to candidates, hiring managers, cross-functional partners, and other stakeholders throughout the selection process.Prepare and extend job offers to successful candidates, negotiating terms and conditions as needed, and managing the offer acceptance process.Identify, build, and manage collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status and recruiting pipeline in a weekly report.Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and other relevant job sites to meet the staffing needs across the Ecosystem.Utilize Workday, the CRM and ATS platform to manage full-cycle recruiting processes, ensuring an efficient and smooth candidate and hiring manager experience.Collaborate closely with Human Resources and other cross-functional departments on various projects to support staffing efforts across the Ecosystem.Assist other departments with inquiries related to talent acquisition, ensuring alignment with recruitment strategies and stakeholder needs.Qualifications required for your success3+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruitingStrong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersExcellent organizational skills to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and meet deadlinesStrong sourcing skills including sourcing of passive talentBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferredProficient in using applicant tracking systems; Workday experience preferredProficient in Microsoft Office and sourcing tools like LinkedIn RecruiterAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, remaining adaptable and resilientPersonal attributes that support your successYou are a team player and express servant-leadership when collaborating with othersYou are results-oriented and exercise sound judgment in your workA lifelong learner, who is inquisitive and solves problems with bold thinking and innovationCultivate strong relationships through building trust and acting with integrity with colleagues and leadersComfortable in a fast-paced, innovative environment where change is constantGoal-setting individual with measured focus on operational excellence and resultsPhysical demands and work environment:The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
