DEISO LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our sustainability initiatives by conducting LCA studies and promoting the integration of LCA principles throughout our projects.Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) for products, services, and processes.Develop Life Cycle Inventory (LCI) data in accordance with relevant ISO standards.Utilize GaBi software to model and analyze LCA data.Deliver LCA training sessions remotely, onsite, and offsite to internal and external stakeholders.Stay current with the latest developments in LCA methodology and best practices.Develop and maintain LCA databases and life cycle inventory models.Contribute to the development and implementation of LCA related company policies.Utilize Python for data analysis and automation of LCA tasks.Qualifications:
Full proficiency in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodology.Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in conducting LCA studies.Full proficiency in key Life Cycle Inventory (LCI) databases.Expert-level proficiency in LCA software (GaBi preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to deliver engaging and informative training sessions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Full proficiency in the English language.Business-level proficiency in the Japanese language (oral and written).Excellent programming abilities with Python.Additional Skills (desirable):
Experience with other LCA software programs.Knowledge of Life Cycle Costing (LCC).Experience in a relevant industry (manufacturing, engineering, etc.).To Apply:
