We are seeking an experienced, creative, and strategic Senior Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, analytics, and best practices, with a proven track record of driving engagement, growing audiences, and building a strong brand presence. This role will oversee a team and work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.

This is a hybrid position with three days per week at our Chatsworth office. Tuesday and Wednesday are 'core' days and the third can be chosen.

This role has a base of $100,000 - $110,000.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall business goals, driving brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.

Content Creation:

Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging content that resonates with target audiences on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms.

Community Management:

Lead the day-to-day management of social media accounts, ensuring timely and relevant communication with our audience, fostering a sense of community and brand loyalty.

Performance Analysis:

Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.

Leadership:

Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Brand Voice:

Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and voice across all social channels, staying true to our brand identity.

Influencer & Partnerships:

Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and external stakeholders to expand brand reach and credibility.

Trend Monitoring:

Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring the brand remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

8 years of experience in social media management, with a focus on strategy and execution.

Proven track record of growing social media channels and driving meaningful engagement.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).

Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.

Experience managing a team and working cross-functionally with other departments.

Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to changing trends and platforms.

Passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of the curve in social media innovations.
