impacting nuclear and operations,

including: telling the company story internally and externally through a variety of communications tools, and helping drive communications efforts for projects such as (wildfires, cyber security, load shed, etc.) Work alongside company, nuclear and operations professionals to share success stories and best practices.Job Duties/ResponsibilitiesEnsure communication strategies support best-in-class performance. Cultivate an open, transparent, and trusting environment with all stakeholders.Develop and implement stakeholder communication strategies contributing to improved net promoter score and organizational health. Provide inspirational vision with strategic clarity for optimal implementation.Provide leadership with communications strategies across the operations organization, including: internal and external storytelling supporting the company brand, and helping lead communications efforts for projects such as (wildfires, cyber security, load shed, etc.)Engage in regular storytelling for both internal and external stakeholders by curating insightful operational and other systemwide stories that can be used at the corporate and OpCo levels.Anticipate and manage emerging issues and mitigate risks associated with them. Demonstrate value for the communities we serve.Minimum education required of the position:Typically requires a college or university degree in related field or the equivalent work experience.
