Document and update the status of all case files in the case management systemRepresent the client at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigationInterview clients, supporting witnesses, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to collect informationDelegate tasks and manage a team of litigation paralegals, legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, and legal secretaryDraft, review, and modify claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documentsFinding ethical solutions to legal mattersCovering PIP recorded statements and PIP Examinations Under OathOtherwise handling case management from inception to completionStaying informed about any current legislation and case lawBuilding trustworthy relationships with clientsDrafting pleadings, written discovery, and motionsArguing motions and covering depositionsMarketing firm services in the community and as otherwise requiredQualifications:

A bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree is requiredSuperior research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills are highly valuedState license to practice law and State Bar Association membership is mandatory3 years of experience in personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, or civil litigation practice areas is neededKnowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is vitalFlorida licensed attorney in good standing with Florida Bar, with no disciplinary or malpractice historyOutstanding academic credentialsSelf-starter, driven by long-term career goalsSuperior oral and written advocacy skillsTeam orientedCompensation:

$70,000 - $135,000 salary + bonuses
