Our ideal candidate will handle case files from start to finish, have excellent credentials, a passion for helping people, and a minimum of 3 years of successful personal injury litigation and trial case experience. Responsibilities: • Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly • Modify, review, and draft demand letters, pleadings, claims, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents • Document and update the status of all case files in the case management system • Oversee personal injury case files from beginning to end • Supervise and delegate tasks to the team of legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary Qualifications: • Requires a bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree • Excellent negotiation, drafting, research, and communication skills are desired • State Bar Association membership and state license to practice law is mandatory • Three years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in wrongful death, medical malpractice, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is a necessity • Computer proficiency is essential Compensation: $85,000 - $115,000 yearly
