Personal Injury Trial Attorney

We are looking for a trial lawyer to manage and lead a team. You will be supported with a team of prelitigation case managers, litigation paralegals, and law clerks. You should have experience handling trucking cases, auto cases, and catastrophic injuries. We utilize top experts, focus groups, and advanced training for trial skills. Depending on the individual, this can be an immediate equity position. The position is open to skilled plaintiff lawyers and insurance defense lawyers that are interested in making a change. Compensation package is negotiable.Responsibilities:

Handle personal injury case files from start to finishManage a team of personal injury paralegals, legal assistants, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretaryArrange suitable agreements and settle on the clients’ behalf when appropriateDraft, review, and modify claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documentsAppear as legal counsel on the clients’ behalf at mediations, trials, hearings, depositions, and litigationAssess potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordinglyInterview clients, supporting witnesses, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to collect informationQualifications:

Requires a bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degreeA good understanding of personal injury law/ tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is desiredMembership in the State Bar Association and a state license to practice law is mandatorySuperb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferredProficiency in computers is vitalThree years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in wrongful death, medical malpractice, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is a necessityCompensation:

$150,000 - $250,000 yearly
