Appear as legal counsel on the clients’ behalf at mediations, trials, hearings, depositions, and litigationDocument and update the status of all case files in the case management systemDelegate tasks and manage a team of litigation paralegals, legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, and legal secretaryAssess potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordinglyConverse with clients, expert witnesses, supporting witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to gather informationQualifications:
Must be computer proficientSuperior research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills are highly valued3 years of experience in personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, or civil litigation practice areas is neededUp-to-date knowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, wrongful death, civil and family law, medical terminology, and medical malpractice is imperativeA bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree is requiredState Bar Association membership and state license to practice law is mandatoryCompensation:
