Review, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documentsConverse with clients, expert witnesses, supporting witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to gather informationArrange suitable agreements and settle on the clients’ behalf when appropriateDelegate tasks and manage a team of litigation paralegals, legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, and legal secretaryPerform research on case law and premises liability, and gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the caseQualifications:
A bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree is requiredState Bar Association membership and state license to practice law is mandatorySuperb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred3 years of experience in personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, or civil litigation practice areas is neededComputer proficiency is essentialCompensation:
$85,000 - $100,000 yearly DOE + Bonus
