Represent the client at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigationNegotiate suitable agreements and settle on the clients’ behalf when appropriateGovern personal injury case files from inception to completionReview, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documentsGather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case and conduct legal research on case law and premises liabilityQualifications:
Three years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in wrongful death, medical malpractice, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is a necessityExcellent negotiation, drafting, research, and communication skills are desiredRequires a bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degreeComputer proficiency is essentialState license to practice law and State Bar Association membership is mandatoryStrong Case Management System skills. We use Case Management software. We want lawyers who are proficient in working on cases in a CM system and doing it at volume -- without sacrificing client experienceCompensation:
$100,000 - $350,000 yearly
