Maintain updated status documentation of all case files in the case management systemGovern personal injury case files from inception to completionResearch case law and premises liability, and gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the caseReview, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documentsRepresent the client at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigationQualifications:
Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferredState Bar Association membership and state license to practice law is mandatoryA minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is necessaryKnowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is vitalBachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree is requiredMust be licensed to practice law in ColoradoCompensation:
$85,000 - $100,000 + Bonus
