Our firm is growing, and we’re looking for an empathic, experienced personal injury attorney to help our clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. You’ll handle the case file from start to finish with support from our team of highly skilled legal professionals. You should have excellent credentials, a minimum of 3 years of successful personal injury litigation along with trial case experience, and an authentic passion for helping people. Supervise and delegate tasks to the team of legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary.Gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case and conduct legal research on case law and premises liability.Handle personal injury case files from start to finish.Assess potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly.Serve as legal counsel on the clients’ behalf at hearings, mediations, trials, depositions, and litigation.Qualifications:
Knowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is vital.Superior research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills are highly valued.State license to practice law and State Bar Association membership is mandatory.A bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree is required.Must be computer proficient.Compensation:
$130,000 BOE
