The ideal candidate will have extensive litigation experience, including conducting discovery, depositions, and court appearances in both state and federal courts. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex legal matters with a focus on quality work and client service.Duties:

Handle litigation matters in commercial, business, labor and employment, family law, and community association cases.Manage all aspects of litigation, including conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, and preparing for hearings.Draft persuasive motions, pleadings, and legal briefs for state and federal court proceedings.Appear in court for motions, hearings, and trials, representing clients’ interests.Collaborate with expert witnesses and manage case-related investigations.Conduct legal research and apply knowledge of Ohio and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence.Maintain strong communication with clients, providing clear and professional legal guidance.Requirements:

3-6+ years of experience in one or more of the following practice areas:

Commercial and business litigation.Labor and employment law.Domestic relations/family law.Community associations law.

Strong litigation experience, including depositions, discovery, court appearances, and trial preparation.Knowledge of Ohio and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence.Critical thinking and organizational skills, with attention to producing high-quality work.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:

Active Bar membership in the State of Ohio (required).Skills:

Strong legal research, writing, and drafting abilities.Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Effective case management and organizational skills.Strong communication and advocacy skills for both written documents and oral arguments.Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a legal team.Compensation and Benefits:
