Shift : Nights/ 7p-7a, 12x4, 48 hrs/week Length : 18 weeksWeekend Requirement: every other or 2 weekends per month is standard, could be higher to meet needs of departmentHoliday Requirement: Must be agreeable to work holiday as needed by unit
Requirements :
MS license1+ years experience
at the same facility immediately after becoming an RNLevel 1 trauma experience required or experience at a larger facility with a lot of surgeries/high acuity patients, must be comfortable with lines, chest tubes, hem/oncBLSNIHSSTravel assignments with extension and strong references are a big plusChemo experience preferredOthers :
Charting System: Epic Systems Corporation - EpicCare Inpatient - EMR 2014 Certified EHR SuiteONC cert not required....unit will teach contractors to administer chemo# Beds: 32Nurse:Patient Ratios: typical ratio for all medsurg units is 1:5 up to 1:6 at times, ratio would be adjusted down for higher acuity patientsCommon diagnoses/Types of patients hem/onc, chemoFloat within skillset, all staff float between all medsurg units. higher acuity patients would be given to core staffScrub Color/Dress Code/Scrubs provided?: any color, needs to be solid color and professionalEpic Travel Staffing:
