The Campaign Success Specialist will play a vital role on key accounts by acting as an important communication hub between clients and internal cross-functional teams. As a member of the Sales team, this person will focus on client retention and satisfaction. This dedicated role partners with each client’s Sales team to support effective order management, relay status updates and participate in project management.You Will:Conduct internal and external meetings focused on execution of advertising campaigns.Enter campaign details in our order management platform.Generate campaign reports from our automated dashboard.Provide account oversight and effective communication to ensure tasks are completed by internal and external stakeholders.You Have:1+ years customer support experience.Clear, effective communication both in person and through digital platforms.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.Bachelor’s degree and/or certification in a business, advertising, marketing, or related field and/or work experience equivalent.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Strong communication planning, collaborative, and problem-solving skills.Enjoy working on creative high energy level projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.Resourceful, highly dependable, efficient & detail oriented.Experience with analytics platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.More about the Minnesota Star TribuneAt the Minnesota Star Tribune, we recognize that our employees are our greatest asset, and we are committed to their happiness, growth, and well-being.
