A growing estate planning law firm in Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join their team. The firm focuses on providing client-centered legal services in estate planning and probate matters. The ideal candidate will be a licensed attorney (or soon to be licensed) in Arizona with strong attention to detail and a background in customer service. Estate planning experience is preferred but not required, as training and mentorship will be provided. This position offers opportunities for professional growth, with production-based incentives.Duties:

Draft wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents tailored to client needs.Provide legal counsel on probate matters and estate administration.Conduct client meetings to discuss estate planning goals and strategies.Manage client files and ensure timely, accurate completion of legal documents.Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to support firm-wide case management.Conduct legal research to stay updated on Arizona estate planning laws and regulations.Maintain a high level of client communication, ensuring satisfaction and responsiveness.Requirements:

Licensed (or soon to be licensed) to practice law in the State of Arizona.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent customer service experience, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.A desire to learn and develop expertise in estate planning and probate law.Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:

Active Bar membership in the State of Arizona (or pending admission).Skills:

Strong legal research, writing, and drafting abilities.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work collaboratively with a team and contribute to a positive work environment.Experience in estate planning or probate law is preferred, but not required.Compensation and Benefits:
