Provide legal advice and representation to clients in civil litigation matters.Conduct legal research and draft discovery, motions, and other litigation-related documents.Manage written discovery, take depositions, and attend court hearings.Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in insurance and civil litigation cases.Handle day-to-day case management, including client communication and strategy development.Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff, while also managing tasks independently.Requirements:
2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance or civil litigation.Strong knowledge of California Rules of Civil Procedure.Experience with written discovery, depositions, and case negotiations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative legal environment.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Skills:
Proficient in legal research and drafting of litigation documents.Strong negotiation and case management skills.Ability to handle multiple cases and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Excellent interpersonal skills for working with clients and colleagues.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Compensation and Benefits:
