The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in transactional and/or litigation work, and a strong interest in civil litigation, real estate, and land use.Duties:
Support the real estate and land use, civil litigation, and business transactional practice groups.Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including contracts and briefs.Assist in the discovery process, depositions, and trial preparation.Draft, review, and negotiate transactions and project entitlements.Collaborate with team members to develop effective legal strategies.Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in transactional and/or litigation work.Strong research and writing skills.A desire to build an individual practice.Experience or strong interest in civil litigation and real estate law.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Active Bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction.Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and mentorship.
